Core Bourbons
Our core bourbons are crafted to be opened and enjoyed. Two whiskeys you can trust, to be poured for any occasion or no occasion at all.
Each batch starts with a small selection of carefully chosen casks, aged five to seven years and blended six to eight at a time. The result is a full-flavoured, approachable bourbon, brought gently to strength: 42% for our Bourbon and 50% for our Full Proof Bourbon.

Bourbon42% ABV
Our signature bourbon and an everyday sipper in the truest sense. Lovely neat, easy over ice, or as the foundation of a great cocktail.
The nose is smooth and inviting, with burnt caramel, soft orchard fruit, vanilla and gentle baking spice. On the palate those flavours deepen into ripe stone fruit, roasted almond, rich caramel before giving way to a long finish of toffee, cracked pepper and a tingle of spice.

The Story Of…
Full Proof Bourbon50% ABV
The same bourbon, with the gloves off. We take the same high-rye recipe as our signature bourbon and simply do less to it, no chill filtration and barely a splash of water, letting each grain speak for itself.
The nose is deep with dried stone fruit, dark sugars and baking spice. Our Full Proof coats the tongue with layers of rich caramel, dried apricot, roasted almond and warm spice. The finish is long and evolves from burnt orange and fudge with cracked black pepper and lingering spice.

Limited Editions
Consistently different, consistently exceptional.
Our limited editions each explore a different style of American whiskey. Their names pay tribute to the stories shared by the New World settlers as they crossed North America. They took with them the knowledge to cultivate grain and the distilling skills that shaped the American whiskey we enjoy today. Each chapter explores how mash bill, distillation method, cask selection and maturation come together to shape whiskies with their own unmistakable character.
Sometimes a single barrel, sometimes a blend of two or three. Always cask strength, always unfiltered, always selected and bottled without compromise.
