THE STORY OF BOURBON
42% ABV
Our signature bourbon is made using the smallest batches of 6 to 7 barrels, and our intention is to celebrate quality and diversity. Just as every barrel of bourbon is unique, every batch of our bourbon will tell a different story.
For batch one we have selected bourbons at 5 years and 6 months old, that deliver aromas of vanilla, baking spice and dark caramel. It rewards you with flavours of ripe stone fruit, roasted almond and burnt caramel. The finish is long with toffee, cracked pepper and baking spice.
THE STORY OF FULL PROOF BOURBON
50% ABV
A bolder take on our original 42% abv, this non-chill filtered bourbon is rich, with an intensity and finish you won’t soon forget. Batch one is a 5 year and 6 month, “high rye” style bourbon. With a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley, we believe you get the best influence from each of the grains in this well balance whiskey.
On the nose our full proof bourbon offers up aromas of sun dried apricots, vanilla and dark sugar, with hints of baking spice and a delicate menthol high note, this is complex and inviting.
Flavours of vanilla fudge, roasted almonds, and burnt caramel start the journey, before dried apricot, with hints of baking spice and cracked pepper come through, there is a long finish with subtle notes of these flavours dancing together, to leave you wanting to take another sip.

THE STORY OF… THE ROGGENWOLF

Our first Limited Edition Rye Whiskey is named after the malevolent Roggenwolf from German folklore. They say the Roggenwolf (Rye-wolf) was a shadowy spirit, as black as a moonless night, who guarded the rye fields from anyone foolish enough to stray into them.
We’re pretty protective of our rye too, which is as bold and intense as our namesake, with aromas of charred oak, baking spices and Eucalyptus, over dark fruit and hints of mint.
The high abv gives an intense first hit of flavours, with spice and oak dominating. This quickly fades, giving way to burnt caramel, dark cherry and blood orange. The journey moves on to toasted oak, dry baking spices and hints of mint, on an incredibly long finish.
THE STORY OF… THE BOOTZAMON
CASK STRENGTH, LIMITED EDITION – 422 BOTTLES – 56.6% ABV – AGED 7 YEARS, 11 MONTHS & 16 DAYS
Our first Limited Edition Wheated Bourbon is named after the tales that Dutch/German settlers in the US told about the Scarecrow, or as they Calle him th e Bootzamon! The guardian of the wheat fields who would come to life at night and was the nightmare figure who eventually became known as the Bogey Man.
Our wheated bourbon was classical aromas of buttered popcorn, creme brûlée and brioche, with subtle toasted oak and spices.
The cask strength abv helps lift flavours of toasted oak and baking spices out of the whiskey, layered on top of the richer flavours of pastry and caramel, making this surprisingly spicy for a wheater. This is definitely the stuff of dreams not nightmares.

You can’t have a story without someone to tell the tale, and our cask strength, limited edition, classic bourbon is named after the central figure in our mythology, the storyteller.
We stumbled across the last barrel in existence of this particular bourbon and knew we needed to share it with you. Resplendent with aromas of dried stone fruit, caramel and vanilla, with delicate hints of nutmeg.
A surprisingly mellow and smooth bourbon despite the abv, dried peach, honey sweetness and gentle vanilla, fade into a long finish with burnt orange, creme brûlée and hints of baking spices. This bourbon tells a tale you won’t soon forget.
